Packed with turmeric for inflammation, leafy greens for mood-boosting folate, and yogurt for gut-friendly probiotics, this smoothie is a true mental health ally. With its balance of protein, veggies, and vibrant tropical flavors, it’s more than just a tasty treat—it’s a full meal that helps you feel calm, energized, and ready to take on the day. Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice
1 banana
1 kiwi, peeled
½ cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
¼ cup plain unsweetened yogurt (probiotic-rich)
1 tsp fresh grated turmeric or ½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp fresh grated ginger
Pinch of black pepper (to enhance turmeric absorption)
½ cup water or ice (optional, for desired consistency)
1 small handful spinach or kale
1–2 teaspoons chia seeds or flaxseeds
½ cup coconut water (instead of water, for hydration and electrolytes)
½ teaspoon ashwagandha powder
